Overview
With this project, I was tasked with creating a brand identity for a gaming company by the name of RacerX. In addition to a logo, color palette, typography and design style rules, I also needed to conduct competitor and market research to make sure that not only did the design for this brand identity conformed to the current competition but also was able to stand out among them. As for the design, I needed to create a logo that included a brandmark and a wordmark, along with a strong color palette that was representative of the gaming company. The company requested that the design be simple and appeal to gamers of all ages and level with an emphasis on more serious gamers of the Millennial generation.
